| The Townsend Town Board meet the second Tuesday of each month. Agendas are posted the first Thursday of each month. Items for the agenda must be in by 4:00 PM the first Tuesday of each month. The Board meets at the Townsend Town Hall, 16564 Elm Street, Townsend at 7:00 PM. When there is a special meeting such as the annual meeting or the budget hearing the regular board meeting is moved ahead to 6:00 PM. If an item needs Board action, it must be on the agenda.
