| Operator's licenses are issued anytime. They must be renewed EACH year or the Beverage Safety course will be required to retake and show proof. To get an operator's license you must have completed the operator's beverage course and have obtained a blue card from the school (or printed certificate from on-line course). To tend bar in Townsend you must hold a license issued by the Town of Townsend. An original license is $20.00 and a renewal license is $10.00.
